Retiring to Las Vegas??
We have to sell Margaret's mobile home here in Las Vegas, we own it out right so we are just asking 5000.00 cash, it is fully furnished except for a master bedroom bed. It is a 2 bedroom 2 bath home. The rent space runs about 550.00 a month and that includes utilities!

That's in really good shape! You should have no problems selling it, I would imagine...I would probably list it on Craig's List, too, Chica!
Is that the going rate? Really? I would think the furniture and appliances are worth more than that! Maybe I should buy it for a vacation place when I come to visit you!
