I finally cooked a turkey that was delicious!!
All it took was: grease it up with oil and butter, stuff it, put it in a bag, place it upside down on a rack in a pan, cook it for 4 hours at 325. My husband may have flipped it upright in this photo but it was cooked upside down! On a v-rack.There was tons of juice!! And the meat was tender and good!
Yep that's all it took!

I have used a V-rack for years especially for pork - it works great!
