Sunday Brunch....

Since I have to have Chiropractic therapy Mon, Wed, Fri, then go to work, I have to do my grocery shopping on Sunday morning. It was not too bad. I usually do my shopping Monday mornings, no crowds at all.
But this Sunday was very quiet and peaceful.  I picked up some nice autumn flowers and all the stuff to make dinners for the week and a nice 4 cheese white pizza for brunch this morning!

My flowers and a little picture I could not resist off pinterest!
Got Me Some Wine, Bitches Love Wine!
The pizza recipe: All you need: olive oil, fresh basil, sun dried tomatoes, goat cheese, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, ricotta, naan bread (makes an excellent pizza crust!). Preheat oven to 400.
Take 3 tablespoons of olive oil and 3 minced garlic cloves and mix them, then spread on crust and I like to bake crust  on a baking sheet for about 5 minutes just to get the party started! Once it is baked up some, slice up some mozzarella and place on crust, add goat cheese, ricotta, and Parmesan. Bake about 10-15 minutes, take out then add some basil strips and the tomatoes and bake about 5 more minutes. Let sit 5 minutes and serve!

Amazing, the crust edges are crispy and the pizza has amazing flavors!
The Naan crust is perfect size for an individual pizza!
