Do not go see this.....

CIRCUS OZ SHOW
....unless you are a five year old!
It was a hokey pokey juvenile show!

It was held at The Smith Center the new fancy smancy theatre/playhouse here in Las Vegas, I have been dying to go to a show there so when these tickets came up I grabbed them, I could only get 2 so I invited Tanya to go, she likes weird stuff!

The place was beautiful, I thought, Wow, this is going to be good! Boy, was I wrong... Lots of noisey, kick the back of your seat kids in the place. I hate that, if you take your kids out to a nice place teach them some manners first, oh and don't forget to use your indoor voice, does anyone teach their children, that anymore??? Manners, people, manners. I was taught them when I was young so I know it can be done! All my mom had to do was give us the LOOK, and you better believe we sat still like little angels, never heard a peep out of us!

So to recap, show sucked, but The Smith Center was real nice!

HUGEST smile just crossed my face - first one in days! I was thinking El Jebel circus TRYING to be Cirque. And the KIDS - if we had paid for those 10th row seats, I would have gone Rambo on someone's ass! Oh well, win some, lose some - I hate "artsy fartsy" - apparently!

You are amazing..your comment totally made my day :) I'm so glad you've enjoyed it up to this point and I hope to have the next part up early next week (transferring my blog to wordpress.ord). I don't think I'd ever want to turn it into a book - it's just a journal that began during a tough time in my life and soothed me. I'll be able to read it when I'm 80, IF I ever forget lol

That said..I love this post - you tell it like it is! If I'm ever Vegas, I will most certainly not waste my money!

I enjoyed this show....I would recommend to go see it. It's not Cirque De Solei...shouldn't be compared to it. Lots of talented people in this OZ show....and think of all the years it took to prepare and just to be selected. Go with an open mind when you see it and be prepared when the title states "circus", children will be there....
